Using Atlas
These terms set the operating expectations for Atlas while the product is being developed and offered to users. They should be reviewed before broader commercial scale or material changes to suppliers, payments or data handling.

The service
Atlas is a software research platform for analysing football data, recording research and reviewing decisions. Features and provider coverage may change as the product develops.
Research, not a guarantee
Atlas provides analytical tools and evidence. Outputs are not guarantees of future events and should not be treated as financial, legal or professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make using the service.
Accounts
Keep your account credentials secure and use Atlas only through access granted to you. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
Subscriptions and trials
Paid access, trial length, pricing and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Billing is handled through the configured payment provider. Where a subscription is cancelled, access continues or ends according to the billing state shown in your account.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, scrape restricted areas, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected systems, or use Atlas for unlawful activity.
Data and providers
Football data can be delayed, corrected or unavailable. Atlas is designed to show evidence limitations rather than silently invent missing values, but no data service is error-free.
Your content
You keep responsibility for notes, research and copy you enter into Atlas. You give Shell Analytics the limited permission needed to store and process that content in order to provide the service.
Changes and availability
Atlas is actively developed. Features may be added, changed or removed, and planned maintenance or supplier outages may affect availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas is provided without a promise that every feature, dataset or output will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
